Laying down Seed

As wtih re-grading, we lay some erosion control blanket or a coconut fiber log across the stream to prevent soil from washing away and filling in downstream areas when digging the trench. Excess soil from the trench can be added to the stream bank and spread out. Be careful when using a coconut fiber log for this purpose, as they will absorb a lot of water and get incredibly heavy when it comes time to move them into the trench you’ve dug.
