EXPLORE. Campers spend summer days outside exploring the wonders of nature on our 930-acre reserve. They learn about nature and themselves while playing in our fields, forests, pond, and stream with campers their age. “She loved being outdoors, getting to go in the water and woods, and interacting with wildlife.” |

DISCOVER. Campers discover magic everywhere – whether catching butterflies, exploring the stream, shelter-building, or enjoying nature crafts, games, and hikes. The camp staff has new and different plans for each program! “She enjoyed the chance to canoe and camp out, which were different experiences for her.” |

CONNECT. We aim to connect the soul of our campers to the heartbeat of the natural world by providing them with fun and engaging outdoor experiences that help them better understand nature, local ecology, and the environment. “The greatest benefit is that he learns about his local environment. I feel that starting locally will allow him to have a greater environmental awareness.” |

June 21 - Summer Solstice at the StreamFriday, 6:30-8:30PM, Families, $5 per person
Meet SBMWA Education Director Jeff Hoagland at Kunkel Park in Pennington for an exploration of life in and around Lewis Brook and Stony Brook. Expect to discover a variety of creatures including salamanders, frogs and aquatic insects. Wear old sneakers or boots for wading in shallow water and bring a water bottle - we will supply the nets. Registration required. Co-sponsored by Washington Crossing Audubon Society.
