We Appreciate Our Volunteers!

The Watershed Institute celebrated the countless ways our 1,600 volunteers help us keep water clean, safe and healthy.

In 2018, our volunteers logged about 12,000 hours and helped out by monitoring streams, caring for critters in the Watershed Center, tending raingardens, planting trees, building boardwalks, greeting visitors,  assisting at special events and more!

As a small tribute, we hosted a brunch on Saturday, Dec. 1, for about 130 attendees. Over french toast and fruit salad, volunteers played Watershed Bingo, met and mingled with other volunteers and staff, took a hike on the Watershed Reserve and learned more about our organization.

You are the heart of our organization and we thank you for your talents and energy!
