The Watershed Institute and 29 other environmental groups sent a letter last week to Gov. Phil Murphy urging him to move ahead with a proposal by the state Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) to address climate change and expressing our disappointment that his administration had delayed action on the proposal (see letter here).
