Biomimicry at Home

The Watershed Institute works with schools to help them address the Next Generation Science Standards. The materials here were designed to help school children learn about biomimicry but you can also use them as a recipe for science explorations at home.

Our Nature’s Copycat’s field trip is designed to meet this standard through matching games, activities and a discovery hike. Your students can try this at home with our Nature’s Copycats Take Home booklet.
