StreamWatch Webinar

WEDNESDAY, MAY 20
Noon – 1:30 p.m.

Join the Watershed’s Assistant Director of Science and Stewardship Erin Stretz to learn about our efforts to monitor for water pollution in our local streams. Our staff supervise a network of about 100 dedicated volunteers who help us assess water chemistry, biological health, and bacterial levels at more than 40 testing sites in our region. Since the program’s start in 1992, this information has been a vital source of on-the-ground knowledge for citizens, environmental professionals, and policymakers.

Join this free webinar to learn more about:

– Where and how we monitor water quality,
– What sort of information we collect and why,
– How we turn water quality data into clean water action, and
– What you can do to help!
